​Laffy Taffy is a contemporary three-story home but exudes Old Florida cheerful nostalgic charm with a white picket fence, palm trees and a graciously columned front porch. Pink Flamingo is a lakeside cottage with delightful décor just a short stroll from the jewel toned gulf waters. It’s comfortably furnished with whimsical Floridian flair and has a wraparound porch overlooking the lake that features a custom bar to enjoy cocktails. A refreshing lap pool and a bubbling Hot Tub allows you to soothe your cares away while enjoying the scenery. This home is delightfully appointed complete with pink flamingo sculptures, potted palms and colorful decorative arts completed in a tropical motif. The main living area has two seating areas with large plush double sleeper sofas and a flat screen TV. Two interior dining tables along with others on the lakeside sun deck or covered porch are great for drinks, dining and entertainment. Each stylishly decorated bedroom is comfortably furnished and has access to a full bath.

​Beach Breeze has ample space with wide covered balconies spanning across the upper stories from side to side. Here you may enjoy savory snacks and favorite beverages while enjoying the views. A table and brightly colored Adirondack chairs encourage leisurely lounging. The light cheerful interiors have two comfortable couches facing a flat screen TV and glass balcony doors providing views. A charming dining table under a vintage globed chandelier has six decorative oval backed chairs. Nearby four matching chairs flank a richly mottled granite topped bar. A staircase leads to three Master Bedrooms each one has its own full private bath en suite. A fourth full bath is downstairs for convenience. The large main Master Suite has a king sized bed and double doors leading out onto a covered balcony.  

​Sandy Shoes has a den downstairs fashioned in tropical décor with a sleeper sofa and adjoining full bath. The second level has a comfortable living area, open kitchen, dining space and a lovely Guest Bedroom with a full hallway bath. The kitchen has a long counter bar with intricately carved raised chairs for seating.  Nearby a dining table seats four more while the balcony has another table to dine el fresco. Two upscale tropically themed Master Bedrooms on the top level have comfortable king sized beds and full private baths en suite.

Both Stallworth and Oyster Lake are precious and unique. They are rare coastal dune lakes that are only found in four other parts of the world. The gulf periodically opens up the sugary dunes which border these lakes creating a magical mixture of water that supports a huge amount of flora and fauna. Dune Allen is nestled beside them as a small enclave of residential single family and multifamily homes, some of which have been around for decades. 

​Originally the coastal forest near Dune Allen was home to workers from all over who settled here in the late 1800s to work in the lumber plantations that existed here at that time. Besides the lovely lakes, the southern border of Dune Allen is a shimmering white ribbon of crystalline sandy shore overlooking the emerald toned waters of the glistening gulf. Water sports like paddle boarding, kayaking and body surfing are quite popular here due to the abundance of water. 

A trip to the sugar white sand beach is a given. There are three public beach access points here including a small one at the western most edge at Stallworth Lake and another towards the east near Vizcaya.  The main beach access, complete with full bathroom facilities, showers and a beach walkover are located near the center of the other two. ​

If you are a golfer you may want to play a round at part of the established Santa Rosa Beach Club nearby which has an eighteen hole golf course that has been described by Golf Magazine as “the purest golf on the Florida panhandle.” The golf course is open to the public but also has private memberships.
